Pooky Event Administration

The Pooky Events are created an configured via a Streamlit web ui.

You should be able to log in with discord.

After Login it should look like this:

What you see here depends on your Permissions.

List things

Events

The Events are listed by your Guilds. If you have the permissions, you can:

Guilds

Here you can see and delete your Guilds and jump to the edit page.

Users

Admin page to list and delete Users.

Add and edit things

Add Event

When your a Guild Master you can create an Event.

  1. Choose Guild
  2. Choose Channel (where the Event Enmbed is shown)
  3. Optionally choose the max. number of roles
  4. press continue

If a Channel is missing you must add it to the guild (see below)

  1. You can choose an existing Event as a template or just create an empty one
  2. press continue

  1. Choose Date and Time
  2. Fill in the role names
  3. Optionally set the minimum number of roles
  4. press Create Event

How to name roles

If you want to make another role mandatory, put a ! before the name.

If the Speed should be mandatory, write !Speed„ for example.

If you want to use such restricted names, there is a possibility with the mentioned identifiers. The Role:

Bomber,dd

should result in „⚔️ Bomber“

Edit Event

Here you can edit your Events

First choose the Event to edit.

Press continue. Then you can edit and update the event.

  1. Title and Description
  2. Date and Time
  3. Role name (if there is no signup yet)
  4. The ⭐ assignment

Add Signup

As an extra functionality you can also add user signups to the event:

Here you can add your Guild, if it is not already added.

Edit Guild

Here you can edit your Guilds.

First choose your Guild, the edit ans press update.

You get the channel-Id by right clicking on the channel in Discord.
