By using PookyEvent (the „Service“), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

PookyEvent is a Discord-based event management system designed to help organize and coordinate group activities, specifically PvP runs for The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO). The Service includes:

• Event creation and management
• Player signup and role assignment
• Discord bot integration
• Web-based administration dashboard

Users agree to:

• Use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect other players and maintain a professional community environment
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or hateful conduct
• Not attempt to bypass, exploit, or interfere with the Service's functionality
• Use accurate and truthful information when signing up for events

• Data Collection: The Service collects Discord user IDs, usernames, and event signup information
• Data Storage: User data is stored securely in a database
• Data Usage: Data is used solely for event management and coordination
• Data Retention: Users may request deletion of their data at any time

The Service is provided „as-is“ without warranties of any kind. The administrators and developers are not liable for:

• Service interruptions or downtime
• Data loss or corruption
• Disputes between players
• Consequences of event participation

During organized events:

• All Discord and ESO Terms of Service apply
• Event leaders' decisions are final
• No harassment, cheating, or exploiting
• Cooperation and respect for other participants is expected

The administrators reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service at any time with reasonable notice. Changes to these Terms of Service will be communicated to users.

Users must not:

• Impersonate other users or administrators
• Share login credentials or API keys
• Attempt unauthorized access to the system
• Engage in spam or bot activity
• Violate Discord's Terms of Service
